1 Timothy 4:7b-8
"...exercise yourself toward godliness. For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come."
This verse helps me to gain a little perspective on the things which I choose to spend my time on. Spending an hour at the gym at the expense of having quiet time for the day, perhaps not the best decision, and not the best example for my daughters. A thought to chew on...

I hear you! Thanks for the challenge. I keep using the excuse that we'll start memorizing scripture and being intentional about biblical training when Naomi is 2 but that's next month so I better get busy!
